Delete your Venna account

In the app (fastest)

Open Venna and tap your profile.
Go to Settings → Delete account. Organizers: Settings → Account and privacy → Delete account.
Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email privacy@venna.se from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We ask you to confirm and then delete the account within one month at the latest.

What is deleted

Your profile, email address, date of birth, gender and home town, your settings, friendships and saved events, your images and files, your sign-ins and the connection to Apple and Google.

What remains

Messages and votes in conversations with others remain without your name, so their conversations do not get gaps. If you want your messages deleted too: say so in the email before the account is deleted.
Plans and communities you created are handed over to another participant or admin. Your upcoming events are cancelled, and the attendees are notified.
Backups are purged within 90 days.
